Statkraft on the list of Norway’s 100 Most Attractive Employers

Statkraft has been awarded the price as “Best in Industry” within Power and Electricity suppliers as well as ranked as one of Norway´s 100 most attractive companies to work for within Engineering for year 2016 - climbing one position ahead since last year. The research was conducted by Universum between January and March 2016 and included responses from over 15,643 students across 29 universities and colleges.

The survey concluded that Engineering professionals, who want to work at Statkraft, associate the company with sustainability, valuable and steady references for their future working career as well as development opportunities.  Awareness among Engineering students remains stably high and the way from "considering" to actually “choosing” Statkraft as a dream employer supports the fact that a good employer branding policy is an important part of the company’s commitments.

Universum performs annual surveys that give insight to how students and professionals perceive employers. The findings may be used as a basis for decision-making when choosing target groups, messages and channels for future employer branding campaigns, as well as a control instrument for measuring employer appeal to specific target groups.
