Statkraft AS, rated A- (stable) by S&P and Baa1 (stable) by Moody's, has mandated Danske Bank Markets, DNB Markets and Handelsbanken Capital Markets to arrange an investor update on January 8 2015.

A NOK denominated debt capital markets transaction may follow, subject to market conditions.
