Statkraft signs NOK 12 billion Revolving Credit Facility
(Oslo 20 January 2011) Statkraft AS has signed a new 5+1+1-year NOK 12 billion Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility.
The Facility will replace Statkraft's existing NOK 3 billion facility, dated 13 June 2008, and NOK 5 billion facility, dated 6 June 2005, and is intended for general corporate purposes.
Nordea Bank Norge ASA and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc acted as Co-ordinators, Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners. Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Bank AG, DnB NOR Bank ASA, Fokus Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, J.P. Morgan, SEB, Société Générale, Svenska Handelsbanken, and UniCredit Luxembourg S.A. joined the Facility as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners. All banks participated equally in the transaction.
